Applebee's Artichoke and Spinach Dip

  • 1 (10 oz) box chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped roughly
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan-Romano cheese mix
  • 10 ozs prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ozs cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • pepper (optional)

Directions:

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.  Spread the mixture into a small baking dish.  Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.   Serve with your favorite chips or toasted bread and enjoy.

 

 

Applebee’s Baby Back Ribs

Serves 3

Ingredients:


3 racks (1 lb size) pork baby back ribs, each cut in half
~~~Barbecue Sauce~~~
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp dark brown sugar
3
tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Put ribs in a large pot with enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and let simmer for an hour or until ribs are fork tender.

Mix all barbecue sauce ingredients together in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring often, for 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Heat broiler.  Line broiler with foil for easy cleanup.  Place ribs, meat side down, on broiler pan, brush with 1/2 the sauce and broil 4-5 inches from heat source for 6 to 7 minutes. Turn ribs over, brush with remaining sauce and broil 6 to 7 minutes longer or until edges are slightly charred.
